How Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy Can Help You Sleep.

As such I honestly suggest exploring PEMF to anyone who struggles to fall asleep and hasn’t found a suitable treatment.

To conclude, PEMF is a great alternative to try and treat insomnia. It helps to restore the brains natural waves and also induces the production of sleeping hormones. As this technique is relatively safe and non-invasive and cannot really make insomnia worse it does not hurt to try.
