I am an Certified sound healer (The Sound Healers Academy) who uses Reiki energy, tools with Access Consciousness, positive intentions and healing sound vibrations to bring your mind, body and heart into harmony and balance. I offer reiki infused sound baths with Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls; A sound bath is a deeply meditative experience, where you bath in healing sound frequencies. Allowing stress and tension to melt away. In this deeply relaxed state we release nitric oxide boosting the immune system, and tuning the body back to state of balance and harmony. In the energy of the Full Moon, we gather, we move, we release. This circle is a safe, sacred, & non judgmental place for woman to come together and feel safe in the stillness.
